Being a third generation artist who grew up in a studio environment, Michael learned to express himself through many different mediums. His art form continues to evolve and clearly reflects his early years growing up in California and the beauty of the Southwest. Michael is most inspired by rich blends of color and texture, reminiscent of the mountains, desert hues and sunsets. Michael’s fascination with how different materials react to each other has pushed his work to the limits of experimental application. Texture is the focus of his art and what makes Michael’s art so unique.
